With more than 13 years of experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) field, Crystal has experienced the HR technology implementation process from both the client and vendor perspective. This dual point of view affords Crystal the unique ability to truly understand the needs and project objectives of her customers. With extensive knowledge in people data reporting, Crystal can provide customers with meaningful insights into their greatest company asset. She enjoys building a good rapport with clients and going above and beyond to ensure the customer’s needs have been met. Her UKG Pro (fka UtliPro) experience, multiple certifications as a UKG implementation partner and UKG Champion, and exceptional customer service approach all provide Crystal with the ability to build genuine trust and add a tremendous amount of value to her projects.

With over 20 years of HR technology experience, Shadana takes pride in her extensive HRIS management and application knowledge. In the past 7+ years she has focused on UKG client-side work managing all aspects of UKG Pro including core HR, payroll, recruiting, onboarding, performance, benefits and open enrollment, UTM, UTA, manager and employee self-service, BI reporting, dashboards, and system security. In addition to wide-spread systems expertise and multiple UKG certifications, Shadana also has a background in benefits administration. She loves the challenge of finding solutions to HRIS issues and thoroughly enjoys imparting her HRIS wisdom to educate users. She has a positive customer first attitude and strives to deliver results.
